Jaspurr was born and raised right here with us. He is my little miracle boy who had to stay here with us. In the early hours of Wednesday 27th September 2023, Kally gave birth to 6 beautiful kittens. I wished her goodnight and went to bed. I couldn't sleep properly that night so after a couple of hours of tossing and turning, I got up to go and see Kally and her kittens. To my horror, there was a tiny mink kitten, straddled over the birthing box by its umbilical cord, placenta one side and the kitten the other. I quickly rescued it and cut the umbilical cord. Whilst doing so I checked the sex of the kitten. 'Please be a boy, please be a boy' kept circling in my head. To my delight, the kitten was a boy. I had been dreaming of a silver mink stud for such a long time but I hadn't seen one that not only had the type I wanted but also the personality that I know comes from my kittens. He developed into one of the best Bengals we have ever bred and of course, has the temperament to match. Paired with the correct females, he can produce silver, lynx, minks, sepia and brown kittens. We are very excited about 2024!
